Abstracts submission
All abstracts must be submitted via the online abstract submission form (below) before March 15, 2024 EXTENDED UNTIL March 31, 2024 FINISHED!!!
Guidelines, Terms & Conditions for abstracts submission
Abstracts must be written in English. Non-native speakers are encouraged to have their texts proofread before submission.
Please submit your abstracts as a plain text without any formatting, special characters, figures or tables. Maximum length of the abstract (without title, authors and affiliations) is 3000 characters with spaces.
Carefully fill out the requested information during the on-line submission process. Names, affiliations, e-mails, etc. will not be proofread by the Scientific Committee, so make sure these information are correct.
After submitting abstract(s), the corresponding (submitting) author will receive a confirmation on abstract acceptance/rejection/presentation type modification via e-mail (before the end of registration deadline). Each author may submit more than one abstract, but the scientific committee reserves the rights to accept/reject abstracts and to modify the type of the presentation (usually from oral to poster).
Although the submission of an abstract is independent from registration for the CESAMIR2024, the abstract will be accepted for publication only after the presenting author has completed his/her registration and the payment has been received.
The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. By submitting an abstract, the submitting author attests that the abstract has been approved by all co-authors, and that it has not been previously published elsewhere, and transfers, assigns, or otherwise conveys all copyright ownership for publication to CESAMIR2024 organizers.
Accepted abstracts may be further modified and re-submitted via the same abstract submission form, indicating “re-submission”, until May 31, 2024, but only minor changes can be accepted!
Approved abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will be available through this website.
If you want to withdraw an abstract, please contact the organizers via e-mail: cesamir2024@aquabol.sk.
