Registration Info
Currency & Bank transfer
All payments have to be made in EURO via a bank transfer with bank transfer costs covered by the participant.
Payment identification
Please add your (participant) name + „CESAMIR2024” as a comment when completing the bank transfer to make your payment clearly identifiable in the system. In case of bulk payment for several participants from the same institution, state the name of the institution + „CESAMIR2024” and specify the list of participants by email (cesamir2024@aquabol.sk).
Early bird / late registration deadlines
The date of receipt of payment on our account is obligatory for the determination of the amount of the registration fee. Payments of fees have to be credited on the CESAMIR account within 30 days after you have received your confirmation via e-mail (with pro-forma invoice if requested). Otherwise the organizer is authorized to upgrade your fee to the higher registration fee.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are also welcome on this meeting. Please register accompanying person(s) separately during the registration. Accompanying person registration package includes welcome reception, mid-conference field trip, social program and conference dinner on Thursday.

Cancellations & replacements
Registration is binding. Any changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing via e-mail: cesamir2024@aquabol.sk. Before payment, cancellation can be done without any cost. Unfortunately, organizers will not be able to refund any payment after it has been credited to the bank account, including any request to downgrade the conference package. If necessary, participants and/or presenting authors can be exchanged for another person until the beginning of the symposium.
Liability & insurance
The organisers cannot accept liability for any personal accidents, loss of belongings or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons that may occur during the meeting. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements to obtain health, travel and property insurance before their departure to the event.
Student fee
Only graduate and PhD students can apply for student rate, a student ID or a confirmation letter from a unit/promotor will be requested.
